After completing the phone consultation, you will be asked to fill out a short form, providing a brief background into your history while also being able to discern what you would initially like to work on, you will also be asked to sign a consent form, agreeing to the parameters of counseling. Following the completion of the forms, we will find a time that works to meet. While some people believe this is where the work begins, one of the hardest parts is actually over, in that you have set yourself on a path towards healing and understanding. Based off your selection you will be assigned a group that will be focusing on these particular issues. Group times and days will be provided. Groups will be created on an as needed basis and will vary in availability due to overall interest. Groups will not only provide the opportunity for sharing, but will also include psychoeducational elements.
